Saturday Morning Hike, Brownies and Peanut Butter Hot Fudge

Also made some things for ice cream sundaes tonight, macerated strawberries, peanut butter hot fudge sauce (added 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder), and brownies (added 1 teaspoon espresso powder, used two Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate bars from the Dark Chocolate 3 pack and because they have sugar in them lessoned the sugar to only 1 cup)
