Yesterday my baby girl turned 11 weeks! It is crazy that she has been around for so long, yet I can't imagine the time before she existed. She is 10 and 1/2 lbs and 23.5 inches long. She is growing super fast - her clothes will never fit her because she is tall and skinny, for a baby at least. She outgrows everything in height far quicker than in weight.
She got a bunch of shots on Friday and did so well. She was definitely tougher than my husband would have been getting 2 shots in each leg! She was a little sleepy/grumpy for most of the day but she her happy self once again!
Friday we made:
Bread dough for Saturday and Sunday, from The Naptime Chef, http://www.thenaptimechef.com/2010/12/tales-from-the-trenches-saras-whole-wheat-bread-for-her-brood/
and
Cookie dough for Sunday, we halfed the recipe from http://www.injennieskitchen.
Saturday we made the dough into 1 loaf for dinner and Sunday we made 2 loafs for bread bowls for our Superbowl spinach and artichoke dip!Sunday we turned the cookie dough into cookie dough bars, like brownies but cookies instead
and we made Brownies, really she didn't help with this because Uncle Ben and Daddy were around to entertain her.
We also made Chocolate Lava Cakes from the William Sonoma Cookbook for dinner Friday night
these are pre-cooked - they were eaten too quickly after to get any pictures
I bet Kasey can't wait to eat solids after helping make so many yummy items!
